Nicole Y. Lamb-Hale is Chief Administrative Officer and Corporate Secretary of Cummins Inc. In this capacity, Lamb-Hale is an officer of the company reporting to the Chair and CEO and a member of the company's global leadership team. Prior to her appointment as CAO in June 2025, she served as the company's Chief Legal Officer. Lamb-Hale also serves on the board of directors of the Cummins Foundation.

Prior to joining Cummins, Lamb-Hale was a Managing Director at Kroll, LLC, a global risk advisory firm, the head of its Washington, DC office and a Fellow of the Kroll Institute, a think tank associated with the firm.
