As a boat owner, you will have a planned maintenance schedule in place to service your engine. Our Cruise and Service Kit contains the Genuine Cummins parts needed to service your vessel before you set off on the water.
Purchasing a comprehensive marine maintenance kit will save you time and money in comparison to buying individual parts and you will also receive a free waterproof spare case with each cruise kit purchased.

A worry-free winter and a good season on the water next spring
Winterisation protects your boat against frost, corrosion and limits the effects of condensation. In or out of the water, your engine is most at risk of frost damage - so keep it protected over the winter season to avoid any future expensive repairs.
Taking simple steps will help to protect your vessel:
- An engine oil and filter change will drain contaminants and acids from the system, allowing the engine to sit with clean oil over winter
- A coolant flush change and pre-charge of antifreeze and corrosion inhibitors protect the cooling system from freezing and stops contaminant build-up
- Gain peace of mind from a complete check on raw water and freshwater systems including pumps, impellers, thermostats, hoses, belts, and other potential external leaks
- A full diesel tank will limit condensation
- Fuel storage additives in both diesel and petrol tanks will prevent deterioration
Failure to carry out winterisation could lead to several worst-case scenarios:
- An unprotected engine unit exposed to very low temperatures can result in cracked blocks and castings, leading to engine loss or expensive repairs.
- An underfilled fuel tank left in extreme temperatures causes condensation to form in the tank, causing fuel to wax and blocking filters, pumps, and injection equipment. Keep the fuel tank full or add specialist additives to the fuel system to prevent problems.
- If left unprotected, cooling systems are at risk of frost damage.
- Unchanged or old oil contains contaminants and acids that can cause internal damage to engine components and bearings.
