Cummins in Belgium
Belgium hosts three key Cummins locations, these are the Accelera by Cummins Electrolyzer plant in Oevel, the European Logistic Center in Rumst as well as the sales and service business that supports customers across the region.
At the facilities in Oevel, Accelera manufactures PEM cell stacks, assembles PEM and alkaline electrolyzer systems, and test them.
PEM Electrolyzers
Accelera HyLYZER® PEM electrolyzer technology uses an ionically conductive solid polymer and is better well suited for large-scale hydrogen production.
Alkaline Electrolyzers
Accelera HySTAT® alkaline electrolyzer uses a liquid electrolyte and are ideal for small- to medium-scale hydrogen production.

Cummins has been supporting customers in Belgium since 1936 when CDB became a Cummins independent distributor CDB was part of the Denonville group. In April 2000 Cummins Inc. acquired the distributorship and created Cummins Belgium N.V. a Cummins wholly-owned distributor.
Cummins Belgium have a growing service network throughout the country that provides comprehensive support either directly to the customer or through a fully authorised Cummins dealer network.
